Black activist, homeless advocate Ted Hayes is threatened by La Raza

In a most despicable act of cowardice and and racist activism, La Raza went after Ted Hayes. Mr. Hayes is a well known and passionate advocate for the homeless. La Raza, as many here know is an organization that want to take back the& American Southwest and "return" it to Mexico. This is just the top of the mountain when it comes to La Raza.
La Raza is also aligned with many organizations and groups that are virulently Anti-Semetic, racist and they often target Blacks, Jews and of course whites.

This is a low brow, cowardly attack on a most humble man.

Black civil rights activist threatened by Latino group
By Jim Kouri: A radical Mexican separatist group attacked well-respected civil rights activist Ted Hayes using racist smears and making death threats, according to a Washington, DC-based public interest group that investigates and prosecutes political corruption.

The Latino group produced a video which it was posted on the Internet web site YouTube following Mr. Hayes testifying -- by invitation of Maryland State Delegate Pat McDonough -- on March 15 before the Judiciary Committee of the Maryland House of Delegates. Hayes' testimony revealed his opposition to providing taxpayer dollars for in-state tuition benefits for illegal aliens.

The video begins with the message "[expletive] you 'Mayate,'" which is reportedly a racist and derogatory term used to smear African Americans and "dark skinned" people. The video then streams a series of racist images including: the silhouette of a man hanging from a noose, photos of Mr. Hayes adjacent to photos of monkeys and bananas and doctored photos of Mr. Hayes pictured with a gun next to his head. The video, which runs two minutes and nine seconds, concludes with the message "Your (sic) FREE Now Mayate go back to Africa.

The video was initially posted to the video web site YouTube by a group with the moniker "The Timmytop," and was subsequently removed. The Timmytop Youtube "channel" includes a number of extremist propaganda videos with messages such as "This Is Our Land Whiteboy [expletive] you Gringo."

The videos appear to express support for the La Raza/Aztlan movement, which seeks to conquer the American Southwest and "return" it to Mexico. Notably, the videos attack black and white Americans. La Raza is considered by many to be a radical racist group promoting hatred towards the "Gringo." In fact, La Raza means "The Race."

"The goal of La Raza and other leftist or 'progressive' groups is to indoctrinate youngsters and cause them to reject traditional American values and culture," said political strategist Mike Baker. "While they are starting in areas of the U.S. close to the U.S.-Mexico border -- such as California, Arizona and New Mexico -- they ultimately plan to gain access to northern [parts of the nation]," Baker said.

According to officials at Judicial Watch, Mr. Hayes is a long-time opponent of illegal immigration, noting specifically that its devastating impact on the African American community is largely ignored by other black leaders. Death threats and intimidation of a witness because of his testimony before the Maryland legislature would violate federal and Maryland criminal statutes.

"Judicial Watch is outraged at the racist death threats and intimidation directed at the black civil rights activist Ted Hayes in retaliation for exercising his First Amendment rights. The debate over in-state tuition for illegal aliens in Maryland has been compromised and chilled by these threats," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

"The individuals responsible for this evil video must be held accountable to the rule of law. This is an attack on the entire black community, not just Ted Hayes. The Holder Justice Department and the Maryland Attorney General need to take immediate action to investigate these threats."

So far, the U.S. Justice Department and the Maryland Attorney General's office have not initiated an investigation into this case of witness intimidation.
